1. Please ensure that all order details (including recipient details) provided are accurate before paying for and confirming your order.

We will not take any responsibility for any wrong orders or delivery to the wrong address, if you fail to provide the right address.

2. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after your order has been placed. No change of dates and time slots, order changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.

3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill your order. You will receive a credit voucher refund. The credit voucher will represent the full value of the amount you have paid. The credit vouchers will be valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issuance, and is only valid for a single transaction.

4. Please ensure that you or your recipient will be available to receive your order during your delivery date and time slot, as we will not be responsible for any failed deliveries.

5. Your order may be delayed due to heavy rains, thunderstorms, floods and unforeseen circumstances out of our control. No cancellations or refunds will be offered.

6. If your order arrives with any incorrect, missing, damaged or inedible items, please inform us within 2 (two) hours of receipt of your order. Please provide us with photos of the products/damaged products as proof. Should you fail to inform us within 2 (two) hours and provide any photos as proof, no refunds or replacements will be offered.

Refunds and replacements decisions will be subject to our management's discretion. Please allow 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days for your issue to be resolved.

7. All items should be refrigerated immediately upon receiving them, unless they will be consumed immediately. We will not be responsible for any issues that arise due to the items not being stored properly.
